These words are affirm'd to be ye last Will & Testament of Isable Kewley
alias Skillicorn being Sick in body but of pfect Memory, did make & ordaine
this her last Will & Testamt
Imp: she comitted her Soule to God and then her body unto Xtian burriall
In Leggacy of she left as thus:
To Wm Corrin's wife Bahy C alias Lowey (?) one pettycoat
To her Grand Children Nicholas & Chatherin Kelly one cow & is heffer
betwixt ym more abov she lefe to ye aforesd Chat: Kelly one pettycoat
meaning of a sad colour
To her grandchildren (i. e.) an illegittimat Son of Wm Kewley and a
daughter he had by marriage Dorothey Kew: she left all of her share of ye
sheep yt were in ye lackans of Egneash
likewise to her daughter in law Dorothy Qualtrough alias Shiming she left
all her pt of the fould sheep in Legacy
To one Margtt farger alias Gell one petty coat
To ye Vicr one mutton
To Wm Kewley one mutton
& lastly she constituted ordained & appointed her beloved Daughtr Margtt
Craine alias Qualtrough & her grandchildren (i. e.) children of Wm Craine &
Margtt Qualtrough by name Jo: Patrick Wm Issable & Dorothy Craine to be
joynt Executrs wth yer mother of all ye rest of her goods moveable & un
moveable, & in Testimony hereof confered this to be her last will &
testament this 28th Septbr 1709

behalf are Sworn in Court in form of Law

Nov 2 1709 James Kewley enters agt the Exrs of Isabel Kewley for 4s 6d &
craves the Law

16 Septr 1710 Mr Nich: Thompson enters agt the Exrs of Isabel Kewley for
4s: 6d being part of the price of a horse: & craves the law

24 Septr Philip Callister enters against the Exrs of Isabel Kewley for 5s
due to him for wages; & craves the Law

Eod die Wm Kelly in behalf of himself & his 2 children, Nich: & Catherine
Kelly, enters agt the Exrs of Isabel Kewley for whatever was due to the
said Will: Kelly's wife from the above Defunct, & craves the Law

April 29, 1729 Dorothy Kewley (who is married to Hugh Killey) owns to be
paid from Philip Kewley & his wife Joney 16s 10½d for her part of the
Sheep in the Lackans, & acquits them of the same for ever
