Henry Lace being a seaman abroad for some years past 
and dying intestate as tis alleged, the Court hath 
therefore decreed his next of Kin, vizt., his brothers 
William, John, Thomas, & Michele Lace true and joint 
Administrators of all his goods moveable and immoveable 
whatever. Michell being absent the other three are 
sworn in Court in form of Law.
