This is affirmed to be ye Last will & testament of
John Garrett : who departed this Life ye 25th of May
1712 being of perfect Memory
first he Committed his Soul to god & his body to Christian
burial
It.: he Left to his Mother Mary Kewley Garrett alias
Kewley his parte of wt Lands they had dureing her natur
all Life & then to returne to his Brother William
Garrett.
It.: he bequeathed to ye wittnesses of his will sixpence
a piece Legasie.

                There being no Effects but
                the Land & the Child to
                whom it is bequeathed, being
                under age, His Mother is
                sworn in Court.
