GELL, Richard 1713 Pee A 33 0106210 33 Peeltown Richard Gell who departed this life about ye 17th day of April 1713, made a verbal will in presence of his son in these words. He order’d a feather bed to be given to his daughter Anne Gell; And another feather bed to his daughter Jane Dawson als Gell; And ye rest of his goods moveable & immoveable to be ye disposal of his wife Alice Gell alias Callin. To which will we Wm: Dawson & Edward Moore & Wm: Gell have given our full consent, And desire ye same may be accepted of for ye last will of our Father aforesd. As witness our names the 10th June 1713: Edward Moore, William Dawson, Wm: Gell. Pledges given in by the above wife to secure ye office & pay all debt are Mr Wm: Tear & Captn Jon: Stevenson. Acceptum est & solvit nil
