			Jurby, 1714

In the name of god amen I Catherin Kewn als Freere
of the parish of Jurby sick in body but whole in
mind prayed be god for I do make my last will
and testament in manner following

first I commit my soul to almighty god and my body to
Christian buryale  Item I leave to my son and heire
William my half of the whole cropp, and my part
of the husbandry gears with and ox and a cowe, &
my sd. son and heire is not to enter upon none till he
is 21 years of age,  Item I leave to my youngest 
child Paterick eleven pound Sterling.  Item to my
eldest daughter Margat nine pound tenn shillings
sterg:  Item to my daughter Ann nine pound tenn
shillings sterg:, also if either of these three children dys
under age, then I leave it to [desiend] to them between
the other two, and so from child to child of these, to
wil, Paterick Margrat and Ann; and my will is that
nether of these children is not to have there
goods till they be 20 years of age, but to continue in
there fathers hand till they arive to ye fore sd. age
Item if all my issue dyeth then I leave to my husband
half of all my goods, and the other half to my next
of kin, Item I leave Ann Kewn a wearing pedy coat
Item to the witnesses 12d a piece Item I leave to Willm
Cry 5d for being supervisor of my children Item
I constitute and apoint my husband Daniele Kewn
whole executor of all my goods movable and unmo=
=veable of what nature soever, being he hath consent=
=ed to this my last will and testamt. the 1 of novem=
=br 1714
