This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Phil Kewish who
departed this life the 10th of June 1714 he being of a perfect mind and
memory at the making hereof is in manner and form following
First he committed his soul to God Almighty and his body to Christian
burial.
Item:  He left unto his children Elinor Kewish, Anne, Jane, and Philip
Kewish six pence a piece legacy.
Item He left unto Patrick Caine what would be a shirt of course linnin.
Item He left to the foresaid Ellinor his half of the pott and after his
wife deceases in case it would be free from debts.
Item Lastly he appointed his wife Elinr Kewish als Kaighin sole
executrix of all his goods whatsoever and this in the presence of us
whose names and marks are here written the 30th Jun 1714.

The executrix is sworn in court.  The witnesses are pledges.
