16      KK Michael, May the 3rd, 1714
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Bahee Cleark als Gaine, who departed this life the
24th of March last, she being of a perfect mind and 
memory is in manner and form following. 
First, she committed her soul to God Almighty and 
her body to Christian burial. 
Item, she left to her son Philip Quilliam a heifer 
that was in calf, her bearing her funeral charges, 
and a fledge and a blanket in some moneys due to him, 
a wooden dish, a can, and a ..ight or dolland as legacy, 
and her husband viz., Silvester Cleark to have all 
xxx other wooden vessels in the house forever. 
Item, she left to her said husband her part of a 
heifer that was in Ballaley, her share of three sheep, 
half of the old mare, and her share of all the corn 
as legacy, 
also she left to her said husband what gray woolen 
yarn there was in the house he was to get it xxxen, 
and to have what would make a lining in a vesture 
of it and the remaining to return to her Executors, 
and all her part of what kear yarn they had wholely 
her said husband with her shard of the bed clothes; 
and a barrel, a tub, a powle, xxor leaf the pott and 
gridiron, her husband to have their use during his 
life, then her share of them to return to her Executors. 
Item, she left to her son John Quilliam a fledge 
that was in his own keeping and a little spinning 
wheel she xxx and unpaid, himself to pay for it, 
and to have it, as legacy. 
Item, she left and bequeathed to her daughter in law 
Joney Quilliam als Caine a new sad xxxllered petticoat, 
her best waistcoat and a coif as legacy. 
Item, she left to Ellin[?] McBrew[?or McBwee] all the 
other made suits of linen and woolen as legacy. 
Item, she left and named that Capt. Silvester Radcliffe 
had ten shillings in his hand of xxxx goods and ten 
shillings more that was in Joney Quilliam alias Briew 
hand to be equally between her Executors, and twenty 
five shilling that was due from her stepson Gilbert 
Cleark to her Executors, whom she appointed and named, 
viz., Philip Quilliam, Henry Quilliam, & David 
Quilliam sole Executors of all the rest of her goods 
moveable and unmoveable whatsoever and six pence 
apiece to each of the witnesses of this her said will, 
and this in the presence of us whose names and marks 
are here written, the day and year above placed. 
Witnesses: 
John Kelly, 
Richard Corlett. 
The Exeuctors sworn in Court in form of Law. 
Pledges, the witnesses of the will. And Jony is 
decreed joint Executor with the other Executors, 
in lieu of six pence as the value was not left to her. 

March 24th 1714/15: Gilbert Clerk enters his claim against 
the Executors of his stepmother Bahee Clerk for the sum 
of 5 xxx due debt, as will be made to appear, and craves the Law
