John Creer departed this life about ye 27th
of Octr. last intestate, whereof the Court having
intelligence hath decreed his three Children
viz. John, Margt & Thomas Creer his joynt
Admrs. of all his Goods movable & immova
ble whatever, who are all under age, the
next of kin viz Robt Creer Patr Creer and
Jane Creer are appointed Overseers, Patrick &
Jane being absent, Robt. is sworn in Court
in form of Law.  And a Legacy to ye wife
upon sight of ye Inventory, wh? is also sworn.

death of our own father John Creer, and
this we acknowledge to be true and a full
discharge to our sd stept father as witness
