Michael 1715 #22 This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Ellinor Sayle als Caine who departed this life Nov the 27 1715 of good and perfect memory in manner and form following. First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. ITEM - She left unto her heir her part of the crop of corn and husbandry gears as legacy. ITEM - She left unto her husband half of their rideing horse as legacy. ITEM - She unto her husband in like manner some woolen yarn and some white wool for cloathing her children. ITEM - She left unto her husband her part of the bedcloathes they lay in, and a blanket for craddle for her young child and her part of an old cow towards its bringing up. ITEM - She nominated and appointed her three youngest childen Jo, Ellinor and Ann Sayle her true and lawful executors of all the rest of her goods movable and unmovable whatsoever and her brother to be supervisor in presence of. Her brother John Cain is sworn supervisor November 30, 1733. John, Ellinor and Ann Sayle, executors of Ellinor Sayle, do acknowledge to have received the sum of 1 pound 12 shillings at the hands of John Cain, one of ye supervisors being the whole of what was due to them by the inventory.
