This is ye last will and testament of Margrett Joughin ........
being sick in body but of a good and perfect memory who 
departed this life ye 11th of Feb: 1715/6.  
First, she committed her soul to God and her body 
to Christian burial.  
Itm, She bequeathed to her daughter Kathrin her part 
of a heifer and her part of some sheep yt was in ye Ayre.  
Item, She left to her daughter in law Mary a petticoat 
and a suit of linen.  
Itm, to her granddaughter Margret a suit of linen.  
Itm, to her grandson Michel Saile a sheep and a lamb.  
To ye witnesses 6d apiece.  
Lastly she nominated and appointed her children Dan: 
and Cathrin whole Executors of all her goods moveable 
and unmoveable whatsoever.

The Executors sworn in form of Law.  
Probatum est & Solvit.  
Pledges to secure ye office & pay all debts 
& legacies are Charles Cowle & Ewan Joughin
