Anne Clague, 1716

      Conchan 29 May, 1716

Anne Clague departed this life about the 8th
of April last intestate, whereof the Court hav=
=ing Intelligence, has decreed her next Relations
viz’t. her Brothers Rich: & W’m Clague & her
Sisters Ellin & Isabel Clague (being her Brothers
and Sisters both by Father & Mother) Adm’rs of
the Goods wch fell due to the Decedent by the
Death of her Father;  And the said Rich’d
W’m Ellin & Isable Clague, with the half-Brothers
& Sisters, viz’t. Jo: James, Philip, Catherine, Jane
& Mary Christian, joint Adm’rs of what goods
she acquired by her own Industry.
All the Adm’rs are Sworn in Court,
except W’m. Clague, & Jo: Mary, & James Xtian.
The Pledges, are these, viz’t Mr. Rob’t Maddrell
for Rich. Wm. Ellin & Isabel Clague, & the other
Adm’rs are bound one for the other.
