This is affirmed to be ye Last will & Testamt. of Ewan Kerrish who
Departed this Life ye 26 of July 1716  Imps. he comitted his Soul
to God and his body to Christian Burial It. He bequeathed to his
two Brors. Jon & Robt. Kerrish six pence a piece Legacie It.
he bequeathed to ye Witnesses Six pence each of ym Legacie
It. And he bequeathed all ye Rest of his goods and Chattells to his Lov:-
wife and two Daughters & Nominated them his true & Lawfull
Executrix ‘s And further declared that if both his Said Daughters
Died before they Arrived to ye years of Discreation That the Whole
of ye Executorship shold return to his Lov: wife
