I Bahy Joughin sick and weak in body but of perfect 
mind and memory do make my last will as follows:
First I commit my soul with God and body to Christian 
burial. Item I leave to Bahy Cowle als Joughin a 
petticoat with what was in her own hands.
To Jony Garret als Joughin six pence legacy.
To Pat Tear's daughter as much linen as will 
make her a shift.To Margtt Joughin a great 
chest. To John Camishıs blind child half 
a blanket. To Pat Cowle the witnesses 6d 
legacy.
And to the minister a mutton.  Lastly I 
constitute and appoint my kinsman John Joughin 
sole executor of all the rest of my goods of 
what nature soever. I leave a sheep to 
Wm Joughin son of John Joughin and if ye execr 
would give a petticoat to John Lace's wife And 
---- ---- 2s to be paid to the poor out of the above chest
