                    Conchan 1718

This is affirmed to be ye last Will & Testam’t of W’m
Cown, who departed this Life about ye 4th of May last, being
a perfect Mind & Memory at ye making thereof.  First, He
comitted his Soul to God & his Body to Xtian Burial.  Item
He left his part of ye Crop of Corn & Husbandry gears
to whomsoever would be Heir of his Tenem’t.  Itm, He left
his part of an Heifer to his Wife.  Itm, he left to his
Father all his shap’d cloathes.  Lastly, He
appointed & ordered [that] if ye Child then on his wife’s Bear:
:ing should dy, ye Heir or Heiress of his Tenem’t should
have as above bequeathed & ye other Child have all
his Goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever, & [that] if
ye Child on her bearing did live, ye two youngest to have
all his goods equally.

The Inventory in gross amounts to              04:11:10
         & the deads part of the Husbandry gears

  Procedes of Crop left to ye Heir             00:12:00

& satisfied in what was due to me by ye Death of my

Ann & Marriod Cown my guardians, & so hereby
exonerate them, their Ex’s & Assignes for ever
being troubled or molested for ye Same.  Witness
