Lazaire

Be it known by these psents of I John Crow of ye Ayrey Moore
in KK Lazaire being old and not fitt to mannage
my lands do hereby freely give unto my Son and Heire
John Crow all my right title and Intrest to all my
houses and lands being a sixt part of a quarter of land
Commonly known and called the Ayrey Moore of the An
nual rent of ten Shilling or there a bouts, with all my
goods Moveable and immovable reserving onely a third
part of my Sheep, with the increase there of to my 
own use and disposal at my death, My said Son John
obligeing himselfe heires [Exec] Administrators to
find me with sufficient meat drink and mentainance
dureing my natural life - He my said Son paying all
my debts yt is now upon me or the said lands, And for
..he true performance hereof all parties have subscrib
