                  LEZAYRE  1720

This is affirmed to be the last will of Jane Garret 
als Saile of Ballacottier, who departed this the 29th 
of April. Anno predicto 
Impris. She commended (in perfect mind and memory) 
her soul to God & body to christian burial.
Item she bequeathed to her brother Wm & her 2  
sisters Margt & Margery 6d apiece legacy.
Item to her husband she left her pt of the white 
mare and to the witnesses 6d each
Lastly she nominated & appointed her only child 
Mary Garret sole Extrx of all the rest of her goods 
moveable and immoveable whatsoever, and in case 
her sd  child shd die under age, then she left the 
whole of her goods to her husband  Jon Garret;  
Also she further declard there were 2 black hoods 
of hers in her sister Margts hands, which she left 
to her child with the rest of her goods.

Of the Craig are sworn overseers

The supervisrs being the uncles & Aunts above named 
are to be sworn next court at wch time the Inventory 
is to be brought in with pledges according to law.
