This is affirmed to be the last will & testament 
of Ann Kneen als Tear, who departed this life 
the 10 April 1721, being in perfect mind & 
memory at the making of it.   
She committed her soul to God & her body 
to Christian burial.   
She left to her son John Kneen as much Barragh 
linen as woud make him a shirt.   
To her brother Pat: Tear's wife a petticoat, 
waistcoat and smock.    
To her neece Joney Tear a blind girl a petticoat, 
shoes & a coif.   
To her nephew Will: Tear as much Barragh 
linen if it remained to make him a shirt, otherwise 
six pence legacy.   
To her nephew John Tear as much Barragh linen 
as woud make her a shirt.   
To ye witness, six pence.   
And lastly, she constituted & appointed her daugr 
Cathrine Kneen her sole & true Execrx of all the 
rest of her goods movable & immovable whatsoever, 
she paying all debts.    
Witness: 
Cathrine Crebbin als Caistill, jurata.                         

The Execrx sworn according to Law, & to give her 
brother John an equal Division if he sues for ye goods.  
Probatum ets & solvit nil.  Salvo tamen &c.                    

The Inventory due to ye Execrx is, three yards of cloth, 
a blanket, and some Barragh & linen cloth, with other small necessarys
