Wm Calow, son of Wm Calow of Balla
skeig, departed his life about the 10th of
this Instant, intestate, whereupon ye
Church has decreed his 3 Sisters, viz.
Jane, Margt & Isabel, joint Admrs of
What goods descended to him by his Mo:
ther's Decease, & ye Sd Sisters & his half
Brothr Edwd Calow joint Admrs of wt
Effects he acquired by his own Industry.

 

Margt being absent, & Isabel & Edwd
under age, Jane, (with her Father) is
Sworn in form of Law.

           Decretm est & Solvt 2s=11d

The father & Jane having given the Court full
satisfaction ye the sd Minor receives no Detrimt
by this Computation.
          The abovsd Minor's goods are in the Fa~
ther's hands who has given Pledges  Thomas
Ratcliff & Tho: Saile

Memdm besides the above sums there are
3 or 4 sheep belonging to the Admrs which are
to run in kind, & the Father to be accounta=
ble for the same..
