5             KK Marown 1722
The last will and Testament of ANN CHRISTIAN ALIAS CLUCAS 
in the Parish of KK Marown who departed this life the 29th 
of March 1722.  First, She committed her soul unto Almighty 
God & her body unto Christian burial.  
Itm, She left & bequeathed unto her loving HUSBAND EWAN 
CHRISTIAN her half of the crop and team, he keeping her SON 
NICHL CHRISTIAN to school two years in some market-town.  
Itm, She left unto her SON EWAN CHRISTIAN her half of the 
ten pounds lent him by his father some time ago, and ten 
shillings besides.  
Itm, She left unto her SON WM CHRISTIAN ten shillings.  
Itm, She left unto her SON NICHL CHRISTIAN four pounds to 
put him to a Trade.  
Itm, She left unto her DAUGHTER ANN CHRISTIAN six pounds 
and to her DAUGHTER ELLEANOR she left ten pounds which ten 
pound is to fall & become due unto her HUSBAND provided 
her said DAUGHTER ELLEANOR die under age.  
Itm, She left unto her GRANDDAUGHTER ANN CHRISTIAN a 
sheep and a lamb.  
Itm, She left unto her DAUGHTER MARY CHRISTIAN an in-calf 
cow and lastly she constituted and appointed her loving HUSBAND 
EWAN CHRISTIAN and her said DAUGHTER MARY CHRISTIAN whole 
Executors of all the rest of her goods whatsoever.

THE EXECRS SWORN in court in form of Law.  
Probatum est & Solvit.        

The Legacies left to ye Children underage in ye hands of ye father, 
who hath given pledges, ye witnesses of ye will.
