This is afirmed to be the Last will & Testament
of Christian Quarke Alias Xtian of KK Lonnan, who
departed this life the 17 of January 1722/3 being of perfect
Mind and Memory at the Making of this, ye Will, did
First – Committs her Soul to God and her Body to
Christian Burial
Itm – To her Son Phillip Quark all her Cloathing or Aparel and if
any person Claimed or presended any rights
to her Effects then and in that [Carsie?][case?]  She did
cut them of with six pence Legacy.
Itm – She Lastly Nominated and apointed her lovin[g]
Husband John Quark whole & sole Ex’r of
all the rest of her Goods Movable and Un-
Movable whatsoever.

[The following is on the bottom of the photocopy, 
but doesn’t seem to fit with this will:]

Octob’r 5 1741  Margt Quine came this day and
received from her Overseer Dan’l Cowin the Sum
of two pound eighteen shillings & three pence,
being his part of the Inventory & legacy included,
which was in her said Uncles hands and 
hereby discharges him thereof
