38 KK Andreas The last Will & Testament of Charles Joughin who departed this life ye 17 February 1723/4 and was in perfect mind & memory at the making of it. First He committed his Soul to God and his Body to Christian burial. Item: He left to his daughr Nelly a choice white Blanket, with the Wool & she was to give a pound of wool to Bahy Lace. Item: He left to his son Philip Joughin the three pound of wool that was ----- & repaid to ye Testator. To his daughter Nelly the Big wheel and Cards. He declared that there was 15s in his son Philip's hands: And 15s or 16s in his Daughter Ann's hands. Item: He left his part of the Hive of Bees yt was in --ize to his Grandson John Kneal. He declared that Cath: Ratcliffe owed him 2s 2d, Wm Cannell 14d John Skaly 1s 4d. John Wade's wife 6d. Bahy Lace & the Execr of John Joughin thirty shillings. Item: He declared that his daughr Nelly lent him four Pottles of Barley last May, which meal He repaid & ---- --- out of the Crop. He left to ye Witnesses 6d each. Lastly, He constituted & appointed his three children vizt Philip Nelly & Ann Joughin joint & lawful Execrs of all ye rest of his Goods movable and immovable whatsoever. The husbands of Nelly & Anne, with Philip Joughin Witnesses are sworn in form of John Kneen } Law. John McNameer } Jurati Probatum est & solvit 12d Pledges the Witnesses of ye Will. 19th April 1731. Philip & Ann Joughin & Philip Kneal in behalf of his wife, the Execs of Cha: Joughin, do acknowledge to be fully paid & satisfyd at & from the hands of Bahy Lace & the execrs of John Joughin, the above sum of thirty shills And do hereby Acquit & discharge the sd Bahee & Jon Joughin Execrs of the same for ever.
