18 Ballaugh The last will and testament of Wm Kneen who dyed the 11th of December 1723 being at the same time of perfect mind & memory at the making hereof. Imprs He comitted his soul to God and his body to christian burial. He declared that his bror Thomas Kneen owed him fifteen shillings, and John Corlett owed him three shillings & six pence; and he appointed Mich: Kneen Executor of all his goods and lands whatsoever. Witnesses Nich Cowley } The Execr sworn in Robt Creer } Jurati form of law Probatum est & solvit 12d Pledges the witnesses of the will July 22 1724 Ned Lawson enters a claim agt ye Execr of Wm Kneen for 15s & craves ye law At Ballaugh July 19th 1726 Michael Kneen of the sd parish heeby acknow= =ledges to be fully pd & satisfied in all that was due to him for the Exrship of Wm Kneen, wch he surrenderer'd up to his kinsman Thomas Kneen & therefore he hereby acquits & discharges ye sd Tho: Kneen his Exrs & admrs for ever on the sd acct.
