The last Will & Testament of Cath: Dowan
als Innamoore who departed this life the 27th January
1723, and was in perfect mind & memory at the making
thereof.

First she committed her Soul to God and
her Body to Xtian Burial. Item she left to her
Husband her part of the bought Land in Balla _____
Item To ye Witnesses 6d each. And to Jony Kelley a
heifer & to Marg't Cannell a pinnor. Item She
declared that her Husband knew what Debts were payable
from them.

In regard the Testatrix mentioned
no Exec'rs, her two children
are decreed Exec'rs who being
under age, the next of kinn was
Sworn Sup's viz't Jo: Cowle
John Tear, Jony Cowle & Jony

The Goods & Children in the fathers
hands who hath given Pledges Mr. Wm [Case-]
ment & John Tear.

The Husband Stephen Dowan & the [guardians] have 
come to this Agreement in behalf of the Children
being there are much more Debts and little Goods
The Husband obliges himself to maintain the
two children during their minority having all
the Goods & Chattels & bought land to his own disposing who
is to give twenty four shillings ___ to the two
children betwixt them, besides payable Debts
And if ye children die under age, the s'd 24s is to fall
