This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of
Philip Ellison of KK Andreas who departed this life ye
26th of Jan'y 1723 being in perfect mind and memory at
the making thereof. First he committed his soul to God
and his body to Christian Burial. Itm he left to his son
Philip half his [possessed] lands, half the crop of corn half his
sheep half a Heifer Itm to the Witnesses of the Will 
six pence legacy Lastly he nominated & appointed his loving wife 
sole Exec'rx of all the rest of his goods movable 
and immovable whatever
