The Last Will of Thomas Creer who was buried the 8th
day of Janry 1724. Being in good mind and perfect mem-
ory. First he committed his Soul to God, and his body to
Christian Burial. Itm he left to his grandson Patrick
Kelly a yearling. Itm he constituted, and appointed
his daughter Averick Kelly als Creer sole Exerx of all his
goods movable and unmovable whatsoever. Itm he declared
that there were three pounds (abateing half a crown) of his
in the keeping of William Clague of Ulican in KK Braddan
Itm he declared there was due to him from John Fail of
Ballashany sixteen pence. Item from Phillip Cowley of Knok
Rule fourteen shillings, and from his wife ten shills. Item he
declared there was due to him from Nicholas Clucas his 18d which
the sd Clucas his wife gave to the sd Phillip Cowleys wife to
give him the Testator but that he had not received it. He 
cut off all claims that any person could claim any
part of his goods with six pence apiece legacy.
