This is affirmed to be the last will & testament 
of Mally Tear als Kneal, who departed the life 
about ye 24th of Novr 1723, and was in perfect 
mind & memory at the making thereof.   
First, She committed her Soul to God, and her 
Body to Xtian Burial.    
Item, She left to her daughter Cathrine the great 
chest and the pott.   
Item, She left to her daughter Jony the fourth 
part of the cow, or five shillings if there be any 
difference about the said cow; to whom she left 
also a sheep, the little chest, and the little wheel, 
and a blanket, sheet, & coverled that were over 
herself:  And she declar'd that there was 4s 4d 
due to her sd daughter Jony of the goods belonging 
to her by her Father's death.   
Item, She left her riding hood betwixt her said 
daughters Cathrine & Jony.   
Item, To the witnesses six pence each.   
To Ann Brew a waistcoat & piece[?] of bodice.   
Item, She left the right & title she had in the Land 
to her said daughter Cathrine whom she 
appointed & constituted her lawful Execr of 
all the rest of her goods movable & immovable 
whatever.
