The Last will and testament of Daniel Tear
who departed this life ye 22d Febry 1724 
and was in perfect mind & memory as the 
making of it.   
First, he committed his soul to God, and 
his body to Xtian burial.   
Item, He left his part of a colt to his son Mitchel.   
To his eldest son Daniel his part of the ox, 
which was bouth in his presence.  
To whome he left also a quarter part of the crop.   
Item, He left to his wife his part of the swine.   
Lastly, he appointed & constituted his three 
children, vizt., Alice, Cathrine & Mitchel 
joint & lawful Execrs of all the rest of his 
goods movable & immovable whtsoever.   
Witnesses: 
Cathrine Cool als Innemeer,  
Isabel Crenilt als Lace, juratae.                        

The Execrs sworn in form of Law.  
Probatum est & Solvit 12d.  
Pledges John Cotter & John Killip
