The last will and testament of Wm Quayle of Cammal in the above said parish
made and declared this 13th day of Feb anno supradrit he being of perfect
mind and memory
Impris:  He committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item:  He left and bequeathed to his second son Wm the land called Cronk
Attin and the meadow in Baregarroo with in case of his said son's death
is to be descend to his third son Thomas.
Item he left to the heir the crop and team.

June 27th 1737
The portion of goods due to Bahee Quayle by the executorship of her fathers
and mothers Wm and Cath Quayle amounting free and debtless to the sum 
of £8 13 shillings 7 pence having been in the hands and
custody of her uncle Hugh Quayle.  He the said Hugh has now tendered and
delivered that said sum unto John Quayle eldest brother of the said
Bahee who in regard that his said sister is looked upon not to be very
sensible and not in a condition to manage and tend her own concerns and
therefore deemed in the quality of a minor and He the said John Quayle is
required to give counter security for the forthcoming of the said goods due
to Bahee as also  for her maintenance in all things necessary and as
becometh.  Pledges for the purposes aforesaid are Thos Cannell and Wm
Christian, Smith, both of the town.

May 27 1738 Thos Quayle one of the executors of his father and mother
acknowledges to be fully paid the sum of eight pounds 13 shillings 7
pence by his supervisor Hugh Quayle and does thereupon acquit his said uncle
of the same forever.

Wm Quayle of Cammel and his wife Cath: Quayle having both died since
last court and having nominated the same executors Thos and Bahee Quayle the
inventory of their goods taken and prized by 4 sworn men vizt Jon Gellin,
John Kelly, Jon Cain and Jon Cannon  not typed.
