95			Maughold

This is affirmed to be the Last Will & Testament of
Thomas Crear of KK Maughold who departed this Life ye 15
of Febry Ano 1724
First Being of Good and perfect memory at ye making thereof he
committed his Soul to God and Body to Christian Burial
It. He Bequeathed to his son Wm Crear his half or part of
the Crop of Corn Foam and Husbandry Gears. And
his half of the land and the other half of the Land after the
Death of his wife, to wch She gave Consent
It. He Bequeathed to his Daughter Alice Crear one quarter of
a heifer in lien of three shills. wch was due to her and her
Legacie. and if she was not content with that to have the
three shills. due to her and six ponies Legacie
It He bequeathed to his wife Mary Crear an Ewe and a lamb Legacie
It. He bequeathed all the Rest of his Goods and Chattells moveable
and immoveable of wt Kind or denomination Soever to his three
children viz Thomas, Jon and Anne Creer and Nomina-
ted his wife Mary and son Wm Supervisors & Guardians of
his abovenamed Executors until the came to age.
