Tho. & Margt. Skillicorn (Children of Tho: Skillicorn decd) departed this
life in May last, under age, whereupon the Court has decreed their Mother
Margt Carran als Kewley Admrx of half their goods, & their next Relations
on their Father's side, vizt John Skillicorn, Jo: Quayle, Tho. Christian &
Anne Quackin Admrs of the other half, according to their Agreemt in Court,
annexed to the Decree of their Father above sd Lib 1. p1711
                                   Decretum est,      Solvt 2s 7d

Captn Henry Skillicorns part who was never sworn overseer, is reserved, if
he [shall ?] hereafter sue for the same that being the 5th part of the
clear (?) Inventory

The goods in the Fathers Inventory, & there secured

The Children's mother & Thos Christian are sworn in court

The Funeral Charges of the children to be brought in, before the next Court

Apr. 27. 1726 Margt Carran als Kewley in behalf of herself, & her children,
Tho & Jane Carran enters a claim agt the Admrs of her Children, Thomas &
Margt Skillicorn, for half their Goods; & complains that the sd Admrs have
not inventories all the Sd Goods, & craves the Law
