21      KK Maughold, November the 7th, 1727
The Revd. Mr. William Ross finding himself 
very weak desired John Christian and Elizabeth 
Christian to bear witness that if it pleased 
God to call for him, when his funeral charges 
were paid, whatsoever was due to him in this 
parish against Easter, he left to his loving 
father, and all his worldly goods, or whatsoever 
else was due to him, his mother left to him 
also; and left him as whole Executor of all 
his effects, after the payment of his debts. 
Witnesses: 
John Christian, 
Elizabeth Christian. 

A little time afterwards the same day 
he called the above Elizabeth Christian 
and Isabel Christian to witness that he 
left ten shilling to the poor of the 
parish of KK Maughold, which he said he 
had forgot to mention before..
