This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of John Lace of the Parish of KK Andreas 
who departed this life on or about 16 April last who was at perfect mind and memory at making 
of said will.
Item: He committed his soul to God and his body to a Christian burial.
He bequeathed to his daughter-in –law an in calf cow.
He left and bequeath to his grandson Jon Lace his share of the sheep when he is in Ballneslige.
He left and bequeath to William Lace his hat.
He left and bequeath to his sister Baghey Lace ye sum of five shillings.
He left and bequeath that ­­­there was due to him from Willm Kelly Ny Hough
2 shillings and six pence besides the price of a kid.
The witnesses of the will six pence each.
Lastly he nominated and appointed his son John Lace to be solely Execuit of all his goods 
movable and immovable whatsoever. Dated the 6th  of June 1728
