70       KK Bride, the 17th March 1728/9
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Jane Lace als Goldsmith who departed this life the 
31st of January last being at perfect mind and memory 
at the making of the same. 
First, she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. 
Secondly, she left to her son William Lace her part 
of the house and garden on the north side of the Lough 
with ten shillings of the money she had in Balleconders 
land, and her husband John Lace to have the benefit 
of the said ten shillings until the said lands be 
redeemed. She left to Margret Lace her daughter in law 
a walket, and to her two granddaughters one quief 
apiece, and to her grandson Thomas Lace half a 
gray sheep of two year old. She left to her son 
Thomas Lace half a furlet of barley, and to his wife 
a sad color petticoat. She left to her dauther 
Kattring Lace four yards of pleddin and a petticoat 
which she already had. She left to her neighbor 
Cattring Quark two quief[or quiep] and to her son 
John Lace six pence. She left to her daughter 
Margret Lace six pence with all what other things 
belonging to herself. To the witnesses of her will 
six pence apiece. Lastly she nominated and appointed 
her loving husband John Lace sole Executor of all 
the rest of her goods whatsoever.
