The last will of Margaret Clucas als Quay who 
was buried about the beginning of March last, 
being in good and perfect mind and memory at 
the making thereof, having commended her soul 
to God and body to Christian burial, disposed 
of her worldly effects in manner following. 
Item, she left to her elder son Thomas or 
whoever of her children will be heir her half 
of the crop and team; her husband Thomas Clucas 
consented at the same time to give his part of 
the crop and team after his death to the heir. 
Item, she left to her said husband the riding horse. 
Item, to her goddaughter Margaret Cretney a 
sheep and lamb. 
Item, she left all the rest of her goods moveable 
and unmoveable whatsoever to her other children 
equally among them, except a heifer which she 
left to her daughter Ann over and above the rest 
and a bullock and a mare and pot, which she left 
to her brother Thomas his children what she owed 
them. 
The husband Thomas Clucas hath given his full 
consent to this will, as to his part of the crop 
and team, witness his name this 15th day of July 1729
