Michael 1730 Esther Cowley als Kaighin departed this life about the 15th of August anno supradict intestate whereupon her six children viz Patrick, Catharine, John, Willm, Richard, and Thomas Cowley are decreed joint administrators of all her effects movable or immovable whatsoever, the two eldest with the father are sworn and declare that to their belief and best of their judgment the sum of thirty shillings each is equivalent to the administrators part of goods free and debtless which said sums the father engages to pay beside the deceased debts an moreover to give to Richard the further sum of five shillings and to the youngest child Thos ten shillings to which end he has given pledges his son and heir Patrick Cowley afore mentioned. The father further engages to give his daughter Catharine the deceased cloathes and pewter and she staying at home in order to bring up the younger children. Decretum est
