Jony Skillicorn departed this life about the 3d of Augt last, Intestate,
whereupon the Court has decreed her Uncle Daniel Skillicorn admr of all her
goods & Chattles wtsoever, who has engaged to deliver the same to the
Father of the Decedents illegitimate child Margt Curghey, biz: Edmond
Curghey, on conditiion that he undertakes the maintenance of the sd child
[while ?] under age. He being out of the Island, his Brother Wm Curghy is
sworn & has given Pledges, Edmd Quark & Matthias Curghey
