This is affirmed to be the last Will & Testament of Thos: Costean
Senior of BallYiack, being of sound & disposing mind, & perfect memory
at the making thereof.
Firs, He commended his soul to God & bodye to Christian burial.
 Itm He left bequeathed to his Granddaughter Elizabeth Waterson of
Balla-Choole-Lorey in Ryshen thirty shillings legacy & that chest of
his in the sd dwelling house of Balla Yiack.
 Itm, He willed & bequeathed to the poor of the Parish a firlet of Barley.
 To his son Thomas Costean he left & willed his loom, & lastly named,
ordained & constituted his eldest son John Costean sole Executor of
all other his effects or goods of what denomination soever.

Willed[?] & declared in presence of us, Patrick Quoil my mrk P,
juratus,  John Fargher my mrk F, Dead.

This Will is prov’d by one witness cum Consense partium & Solvit 10d,
  and the Exectr John Costean sworn in Court in Court in form of Law.
  Pledges are Mr. Quayle the Vicar & Pat: Quoile.
