This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Ewan Crowe of the Town of Ramsey who Departed This Life on March 24th or thereabouts (in) the yeare 1731. Being of perfect mind & memory: He Comitted his Soul\ to Almighty God and his Body to Christian Buriall. Item he bequeathed to his only Son Ewan Crowe his Looms & his wife Barbary Crowe gave her Consent to the same. Item he Left and Bequeathed to his Afforesd Deare and Loveing Wife Barbary Crowe Two Blanketts:A Coverlaid a small pott a pewter Dish wth the use of all the Rest of his goods within the House During her Natural Life after her decease what remained of the sayd Goods to fall and become Due to his aforesaid Son Ewan Crowe: Lastly he Nominated and appointed his afforesd Deare and Loveing Wife & Son Ewan Crowe: Equall Administrators of all the rest of his Goods Moveamable & inmoveable of what Nature or kind soever.
