                KK Maughold 1732

This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament
of Edmond Callow of Cardel veg in KK Maughold, who departed
this life on or about ye 2d of may 1731 – being of
perfect mind & memory.  Imply He comitted his Soul to
God & his body to Christian burial.   It he left on his
Wm Eldest son William twenty Seven Shills wch his ^ sd Son
was indebted unto him; to pay unto his wife Jane & his Son
John: if he did not pay ye prise of An Ox with them;  It he
further declare’d that his Sd Son William was indebted unto
ten Shills wch he lent him to pay Joney Christian;  It He
bequeathed to Willliam Quark Seven pence for making his
Grave & bringing ye Bier,  It to ye witnesses Seven pence
Each;  Lastly He did constitute and appoint his Loveing
wife Jane & his Son John whole & Sole Execrs of all his
goods & Chattles of what Kind or Denomination Soever.

It he further bequeathed to any that could make a Lawfull
Claim to his Goods, Six pence Legacy.
