JOHN CHRISTIAN (HALL) – COURT DECREE RAMSEY, MAY 23 1732. John Christian (Hall) perished by sea about the 18th December last, intestate, whereupon the Court hath decreed his 5 children, Patrick, Eliz. Margt, Cath. & Alice Xtian joint Administrators of all his Goods & Chattels whatsoever, a legacy to the widow on sight of the Inventory. Eliz and Cath. are sworn in Court the Rest being absent. Their mother is also sworn in form of Law. Decreti est solvit. 2d. Pledges for the payment of debts for the forthcoming of Patrick’s goods in his mother’s hands and for Alice’s in the hands of Elizabeth; are Patrick Cowl of KK Bride, and Edmd. Kneal of Lezayre.
