60        Lezayre
This is affirmed to be he last will and testament 
of Ewan Callow of KK Christ Lezayre who
departed this life about the 6th of February 
last, being of perfect ind and memory at the making thereof. 
First he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. 
Item, he left and bequeathed to his sons Ewan and 
John Calowe six pence legacy and also he bequeathed 
to his son Edmund Callow six pence legacy and 
that the said Edmund should pay half the consideration 
money that was to be paid out of the croft for 
that year because the said Edmund reaped and enjoyed half
the profits of the said Croft that same year. 
And likewise he bequeathed to his daugher Joney
Calowe an ewe and a lamb to the witnesses of 
the will six pence apiece. 
Lastly, he constituted and appointed his daughter 
Elizabeth Calowe whole Executrix of all the rest 
of his goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.

Ewan Kissag, 
Thomas Stevenson. 

Lezayre May the 29th, 1733
the Executrix of the above will being dead, 
her Executrices, one a minor, are Mary Fletcher 
her daughter & Edmund Callow her brother, 
the latter of whom is sworn in
form of Law. And gave pledges as appear 
in her will in the Episcopal Registry Book the first 1733.
Probatum est & Solvit, 12 pence
