For as much as there are differences and debates between John
Garrett of KK Lezayre and Robt Gelling of KK Malew and Anne
Gelling als Corlett of ye sd parish concerning the Exrship of Cath:
Garrett als Corlett wife of ye sd John Garett; and to put an end
to their sd differences; and to ease themselves of any further
trouble concerning law suits for ye sd goods that the sd Extr
claims a right to; they have agreed as follows also Thomas
Corlett her brother consenting thereto: The sd Thomas Corlett
and the sd Sister and Robt Gelling do hereby oblige themselves
to pay immediately unto ye sd John Garrett ye Sum of three Shills
             ing 
and the aquitt^ themselves of all the rights they have to the
sheep in KK Maughold and to ye Cropp of Corn and ye syth;
the sd John Garrett, obligeing himself and paying all debts
that that may be claimed hereafter concerning the sd
Exership,  And for ye true performance of all the above
sd Covenants, they all have bound themselves in the
penalty of five pounds according to Law:  In witness
whereof they have hereunto Sett their names & marks
this 3d day of Decembr 1733

departed this Life about the 9th of Novr
1733, Intestate, Whereupon the next Re:

joint Admrs of all her goods, chattles and
Effects moveable & immoveable whatsoever:
And the sd Thos Corlet wth Robt Gellin
husband of the above Anne are according:

Vizt Matthias Addison & Edmund Calow for
Thos Corlet; -- And David Calister wth Hen:
Woods of Kk Michael for Robt Gellin ~
