JOUGHIN, Daniel	1733-2	Mau		A	97	0106215

This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Daniel
Joughin of Reinab in the parish of KK Maughold who
Departed this life on or about the 27th of Jan'ry 1733 Being of
good and perfect memory at the makeing thereof He Comitted
his soul to God & his Body to Christian Burial.
Item he Left to his Daughter Ann Joughin Thirty shillings
wit a _____ Blankett almost new as Leggassey
Item he left to his Eldest Daughter Margrett Joughin ten shill:
=ings Leggasey Item he Left to his Son Rob't Joughin his
part of the price of an ox that he his s'd son Bought
from his s'd [Brother] as Leggassey.: with his Best coats and vest
Item he Left and Bequeathed to his affores'd Son's Eldest Son Dan'l
Joughin a sheep: & to s'd sons other four children Margrett
Ann Catherine & Wm Joughin two sheep being a sheep betwixt
each two of them: also he left to his Brother Daniel Joughin
his Big Coats & pairs of New Breetches.
Item he left to his son Wm Joughin six pence Leggassey &
if he lives or to any person y't sued in his Behalf
to break this his Last will, also he Left to the poore of
the parrish of KK Maughold five shillings.
Lastly he nominated and appointed his Dear and Loveing
wife Margrett Joughin sole Execut's of all the rest of his goods
moveable & Immovable of what nature soever And a vest to
his servant Tho's Kerrish with twelve pence apiece to us
the Witnesses hereof

Joughin came this day & acknowledged themselves be fully paid
and Satis'fy'd by their Stepmother Marg't Ex'x of s'd Dan. Joughin
in all & every of the Legacys bequeathed unto them by their
s'd Fath'r And do hereby discharge her the s'd Exec'x of the
same for ever		Before me Ed: Moore Reg'r

				May 21 1735
	I do hereby acknowledge to have received from my
	Step-mother Marg't Joughin the full sum of ten shill's being the
	Legacy bequeathed to me by my deceased father Dan. Joughin
	for w'ch sum of ten shill's I do hereby discharge my s'd Step:
