Phinlo Kermod departed this life  about the  1st
of April last, intestate, whereupon the Court has 
decreed his 5 Children Isabel, Gilbt  Jo. Jony
& Margt Kermod joint Admtrs of all his goods
& Chatels wt soever  Jony & Margt  being 
under age, the other three are with their mo-
ther sworn in Court in form of Law

Decretun est & Sovit 10d 
                       & their goods
The 2 youngest Children ^ are in the hands of 
the mother who gave Pledges James Ratcliffe
Henry Crellin   And the 3 eldest Children
have surrendered all their part to their 
Mother
