Lezayre, 1734 The Last will & testamt of Margery Garret als Kewney of KK Christlezaire who departed this Life about the 7th Inst May 1734 being of perfect mind and memory at the making thereof first she Comitted her soul to God and her Body to Christian Buryall Itm she Left her beloved husband Wm Garret her part of a mair & fole, she Left to the – Good wife a wastcoat and a pair of sleeves Vizt as those witnesses observ’d or understood the sd Good wife to be her Eldest Daughter Ann the testatrix Declared that there was a heifer in their keeping wch no body had a Right to her but her Daughter Margrt And also two or three sheep she Likewise Left every other six pence Legacy to any ^person that Cou’d Claim any Right to her Goods And to the witnesses of the will Six pence apeice Lastly she nominated and appointed her two youngest Daughters Vizt Joney & Margret Joynt Exectors of All the rest of her Goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever Witnesses Margaret Kewney X } Margaret Kewney X } jurate The Exectxs Sworn in Court in form of Law Pledges Mr John Curlet Balnahowin & Wm Keaneh probatum est & Solvit 12d
