The last will and testamt of MARGT CHRISTIAN ALS KELLY 
who departed this life about the 13th day of Decembr 
anno predicto at ye making wherof she was of perfect 
mind & memory.  
1ly She committed her soul to God & her body to 
Christian burial.  
2ly, She bequeathe'd to her three GRAND CHILDREN vizt: 
THOMAS, MARY & ELIZABETH, ye younger of her two cows 
& ye sd ELIZABETH to pay an English shilling to her 
other GRANDSON CHARLES CHRISTIAN.  
3ly, She bequeathed to her DAUGHTER ANN CHRISTIAN ALS
GELL all her household stuffe or goods of what nature 
soever: 
She left also to her sd daughter the sheaves of corne 
all ye crop if ye same might be recover'd 
from ye Heir vizt Mr. THOMS CHRISTIAN of xxxxx Andrews 
4ly She left & bequeath'd to her SON WILLM her other 
cow, whom she nominated, constituted & appointed her sole 
Execr & he to be at ye charges for her funeral & burial; 
& if he her sd SON WILLM would not herewith be satisfy'd, 
then & in that case, she will'd & bequeat'd to him only 
six pence legacy.
