18            KK Arbory 1735 
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Ann Costean of KK Arbory who departed this life about 
the 19th of March last past who being sick and weake 
in body but of a perfect mind and memory at the making 
thereof.   
first, she committed her soul unto God and her body 
to Christian burial.    
Then expressed herself foll: Itm I leave and bequeath 
to my sister Joney Costean six pence Legacy.   
Itm I leave and bequeath to my nephew Wm Coole and to 
his wife the croft in Arristine during the life of the 
longer liver of them and that to come to their son Wm 
Coole after their death and in case their sd son Wm 
Coole dyes without issue then the sd croft is to fall 
to their daughter Anne Coole.    
Lastly she constituted and appointed her sd nephew Wm 
Coole sole Executor of all the rest of her goods moveable 
and unmoveable whatsoever.  Wittness our mark to our 
names this 5th of April 1735

Wm Cooil the Execr sworn in Court in form of Law.  
Pledges are Thos Cubbon B.Stroak & Philip Cooil one 
of the witnesses.
