KK Braddan 1736 Anne Creer als Faile departed this life abt the 6th of Jan: 1736. Intestate, whereupon the court hath decreed her Five children vizt Anne, Wm. Jane, Robt & John joint Adminrs of all her goods & effects moveable & imoveable whatsoever - No relation on the part of the decd having appeared, the tuition of the childn with their goods is committed to the Father of the orphans Wm Creer who is accordingly sworn in Form of Law & gave pledges Robt Kelly Balla- Brew & Paul Stevenson - Decretum est solvit 2s John Woods Feb.1.1737. Robt Creer enters a claim agt the Admrs of Anne Creer, als Faile, for £01 : 10 : 0 Eod. die. He enters in behalf of his} Brother Jo: Creer, for - } - 0 : 7 : 8 Febry the 1st 1762 Received as and from the Hands of Wm Kreer of a Whallan of KK Breddan the full and just sum of ten pounds nineteen shillings due us by our decd mother We do acknowledge this as Witness our mark and names the day & date above mentioned ~ Jon Creer my mark X Robt Creer my mark X Jane Creer my mark X KK Michl Febry 1st 1762 John Creer, Robt Creer & Jane Creer sons and daughter of Ann Creer als Fayle acknowledged the above Recd & thereby to be fully paid & satisfied their share of goods due unto them by the Decease of their S mother & acquit their father & his Exr & Admr of the same.
