10 KK Xt Rushen, 1736 This is affirmed to be the last will of John Crebbin of Ballavraory, who departed this life about the 6th of April, 1736. First he committed his soul to God, and body to Christian burial. Itm, He bequeathed to his son Henry Crebbin 5s. Item, to his son Wm Crebbin his apparel. Item, He left to every one else that would claim any title to his goods six pence legacy. Item, He left half a sheep to his granddaughter Elizabeth Crebbin and half a sheep to his landlord Daniel Callister. Lastly he constituted and appointed his grandson William Crebbin sole Executor of all the rest of his goods whatsoever. Witnesses: Richard Harrison, Nicholas Corrin, jurati. Memorandum: That both these witnesses were present when the Testator left the 5s above mentioned to his son Henry Crebbin (which he said was in lieu of the roof of a house at Fleshick) but when Nicholas Corrin was gone away, he sent for Richard Harrison and told him that he would leave but six pence legacy to his son Henry above said because his said son owed him three shillings and six pence for a mutton. Richard Harrison one of the Witnesses has made oath to the Codicil. The Executor sworn in Court in form of Law & has given pledgtes the Witnesses of the Will. Probatum est & solvit 12d
