The last Will & Testament of Daniel Cowin of KK Lonan who Departed this
Life the 13th Decr 1736 being of perfect mind & memory at the making hereof — 
first He comitted his Soul unto God and his Body to Xtian Burial
Item He left to Margt Brew his Niece & to his wife Margtt Cowin als
Skillicorn his part of ye Lands betwixt them provided the sd Margt Brew
wou'd stay with her Ant Margtt Cowin while she lived, and she consented
that the sd Margtt Brew shou'd have all the Lands after her decease if she
would stay with her as above sd if not she was to be out of the Lands
Lastly He Constituted & appointed His wife Margtt Cowin & Margtt Brew joint
Executres of all the rest of his Goods Moveable & immoveable of what kind
Soever and left Sixpence Legacy to all who can or might claim any right to
his Effects

It being alledg'd that the Exrs are Sick, they are to be Sworn at the next
Court

At Douglas May 23d 1737 The Execexes are Sworn in Court in form of Law
Pledges are Phil: Kewley for the widow and James Brew for the young woman

Margt Cowin alledges that her Co Exectrx Margt Brew has left her and does
therefore Object agt her Consent given in regard to the Lands
